My style of bodywork is a blend of injury treatment (both chronic and trauma specific ), and techniques intended to create better communication between the muscular and nervous systems. The result is a balanced and relaxing experience that targets the root causes of pain and stress, which results in effective long term relief.

- Cross Fiber Friction
- Neuro Muscular Technique
- Hot and Cold Therapy
With 9+ years of massage experience, I have developed a true respect for the complexities of the human body. I work with athletes, those recovering from illnesses and injuries, new parents, and professionals who spend many hours in the car and in front of the computer. I firmly believe in finding as much balance in life as possible. That balance is what keeps our minds and bodies strong and healthy.
I spend my free time outdoors as much as possible. I love to camp, hike, rock climb, run, practice yoga, and spend time with my wonderful family and friends.
